An amazing Pilates studio! Comfortable, cozy… truly one of a kind. You go in for a workout, yet you feel at home. The sessions truly transform your body – you become more confident and start appreciating your curves! You feel fulfilled, and with every exercise you reconnect more with yourself and your physical abilities.

I personally train with Stefana, and after every session I feel wonderful! She is a very skilled and friendly trainer who naturally makes everyone feel good in their own skin – while still making sure the workout is challenging.

The team as well – if you have questions, through email – they respond very quickly and are extremely polite.
Highly recommended!!
