Have been going to maikai nalu for a few months now. They have a variety of levels from foundation, flow, elevate. Recently moved to a new bigger studio with a beautiful view and larger capacity. Really enjoy the classes and the instructors are lovely 😍

I really enjoyed this Pilates class! The instructor was super clear and supportive, and made sure we had the right form. The workout was no joke—I swear I’ve never sweated like that in a Pilates class before! It was challenging in the best way, and I felt great afterward. Highly recommend it for all levels!
