I’ve been training with Jake, who is also the owner of the gym, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He’s incredibly skilled at understanding my personal goals and maximizing our time together to get results. The comfort level of his gym is unmatched—it's a 24/7 private space that feels like a second home. I also love that it offers an in-house massage therapist, Stacey, which adds even more value to the experience. What really stands out to me is the variety in the workouts Jake provides. Great gym, I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is welcoming, both trainers and clients. The owner, Jake, is awesome, he’s very helpful and we all motivate each other here. This place is amazing! This is the first time I have been to a gym that ppl actually care! The owner Jake is kind, patient and he actually listens! I tried this place out on a day he had his pregnant wife there and I observed how kind and sweet he was to her while he was training and coaching her, it instantly made me feel comfortable. This is not just a gym, it feels like a community in there and you feel so welcomed. I’m not sure what the last review was about but I was never offered anything for free to write a review, in fact, it was not mentioned at all. I wasn’t pushed into a membership or pressured in any way, the way most gyms do. I was actually sent away with more knowledge of how I can better myself on my own, I left feeling empowered! I 1,000% recommend this gym and I 1million % recommend the owner Jake. Thanks again for a great experience!
