After being in different gym classes I decided to join Everfit as I had heard a lot of positive things. I was immediately convinced with the professionalism of each trainer. They are highly qualified and able to tailor personal training based on your fitness and goals. It erase the risk of injuries and enable to progress according to your own shape. It’s the only place where I had visible results: weight loss, increase muscles and decrease fat mass. Training are hard, but no pain no gain!

He estado trabajando con Everfit 12 meses y estoy encantado, continuaré con ellos sin dudas. Miguel y todo su equipo cuidan al detalle la asistencia durante los entrenamientos. I decided to try the virtual training option since the pandemic started and I never thought I would love it as much as I do - they make it in such a way that you barely notice the difference between the on site and the virtual option! Besides, the trainers are highly qualified and design the perfect training for you according to your personal goals, your shape, and your cardio resistance 😉 Totally recommended!
