I've been coming to this gym for a few months now, and I have been more than satisfied with the place! The machines are many and varied, the premises are clean, there are SO many classes to take, and the people who come here are overall very nice and respectful! I feel comfortable whenever I walk in.

Additionally, I would like to make sure to recognize my personal trainer, Claudia. I've been on a little weight loss journey, and it's been such a genuinely fun experience with her. She listens to me and pays attention to how my body works, all while keeping a cheerful and positive training environment. She almost feels like family at this point! Truly the gem of the gym.

Love working out here. Perfect location and decent indoor space. Pretty crowded on weekdays but not difficult to find a spot to workout. Backyard could have been bigger with more equipment. Group classes are great. I'd recommend it to all.

I love that it’s 24hours and they keep it clean and well maintained. It’s crowded at peak hours but I know what time to come in to get the best workout time in. Staff is always friendly as well and willing to help.

I had a very great experience going to the gym. The gym was always very well kept. Why I am rating at a low rating is because of my personal training experience. I asked if I could cancel my personal training due to financial reasoning. I was going back to college and couldn't afford it. I was told that I couldn't cancel my training due to the 30 day period and the amount of trainings that are expected from the contract. I expressed my concern for my stability finically and wanting to cancel in the most effective way possible. The staff was very hesitant and came across as very rude. I will not be wanting to go back to the gym.

Really good gym, spacious setting, nice artificial turf. Like how clean the locker rooms and bathrooms are. The outside artificial turf and training area is a great addition. Love that there's punching bags. Not a big fan of all the kids that just take up space. Literally doing nothing but standing around, talking, trying to record workouts that clearly yield no results. The staff, well ¼ of the staff seems to know what they are doing. While the other ¾ walk around behind clients they are training. Texting on their cells, not paying attention to paying clients, not correcting improper form, looking as if they have better things to do. Which is sad bc people pay good money in the search for that right routine to help show some visible results. But it's wasted on a younger training crowd that will only be into fitness for maybe the next couple years and then go the path of not caring. Only working at eos for a few gym membership and place to workout. Sad as hell.

After emailing the representative replying here to people to try to spare them a bad review (over a month ago), and then talking to the person in charge at the branch multiple times to cancel my personal training, and after being assured I wouldn’t get charged any more after the 1 more payment, which ended up being a lie, AND then I was told the same and reassured after another payment that it would be it, I JUST got charged again and DOUBLE the amount?!!!!

PLEASE STOP STEALING MY MONEY

What do I gotta do to stop getting charged?! Change my card number? Die? That probably won’t even do it.

Loved the gym and for the past few months we’ve been going it’s been amazing. But our last visit we were told we’re not allowed to work out with anyone or have a friend from “the outside” help us even if we’re doing the whole workout alone and separate… even though as we walked inside there’s multiple people getting help from their friends or workout buddy. Also got told that we needed a coach or trainer to help us if we needed it for “reliability reasons” when the waiver states that using any gym equipment is at our own risk which we’re fully aware of that when signing up. Even though we all know the only reason we got this was because someone “complained” and didn’t like our presence (people of color) in the backyard even though this gym is for everyone.

The gym itself is not too bad. My rating is due to the overcharge I’ve had with my personal training. I was told I had to give 30 days notice, which I did and was still charged after the fact. Jen one of the managers stated it’s based on the billing cycle. No where in the contract does it state this. I gave my 30 days and was still charged a few more hundred dollars. I have still not been refunded my money for services I didn’t receive. I asked her for her supervisors information she stated there isn’t one. Everyone has a boss unless you personally own the place, so I found this odd. Do not join Eos let alone sign up for any additional trainings or products. Highly disappointed in their customer service and managerial staff.
