Buka Yoga is the perfect yoga center I have been searching for. Every instructor is amazing. The classes are incredibly diverse and unique. After each session, I always feel blessed and grateful. What a great studio! Buka Yoga is my new found friend! Jeanette's hot yoga flow was amazing, and she is truly a gem of an instructor. It was a comfortable, beautiful space to practice. Highly recommend!

I love going to Buka! I've been attending classes for roughly 6 months now and all the instructors I've been able to work with are attentive and knowledgeable. The energy that the studio, instructors and other yogis have is really wonderful and not something that I've found at other studios.

What a great experience in the foundations class. It was a vibrant class, all age groups, and I was impressed with the patience and thoroughness of Yvette's teaching. I can't wait to start classes with them! I highly recommend this for beginning students!

I want to add that I went to the Soundbath and Yoga Nidra session on Saturday, July 13th and it was amazing. If you get the chance to book it, you should. Be prepared for an excellent journey!

Hooray! Kundalini Yoga has come to Castle Rock! I attended Dasa Das's class this morning and am on cloud nine. Highly recommend checking out this wonderful yoga method for enhancing body, mind and spirit. Can't wait to go back for more.
