I went 3x/wk several yrs ago for cardio rehab.
I see my cardiologist there maybe twice a yr.
When there, I love the leg machines etc.
Busy place, friendly people. Doing well as I approach 84.

Love the class (Yoga) with Jack. He make sure he explains every pose as we do them so everyone feels comfortable. He also takes his time to make sure the class is with him and you can relax and take the time for yourself. He is great with modifications as well. Definitely would recommend his classes.

This is a fantastic wellness center. They have great rates and if you are high risk for exercise there's always a cardiologist just one or two floor up. However the day that I was there I wasn't at the wellness center though I did have to walk through the wellness center I was actually upstairs at the lab there's one phlebotomist there that is a one stick Wonder!

I love this facility. Great staff and equipment. Everyone kept me motivated, coming 3 times a week. I lost 50 pounds in about 18 months. Feel great ?. My cardiologist is on the 4th floor so it is a very convenient location.

I've being going to Cheek Powell now for a few months and can't express enough how happy I am to have a found a gym that checks all the boxes for me personally. I'm a 32 year old male - my wife and I both have memberships. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's attached to a cardiac rehab center (which should only be more of a reason to go there LOL). This place is fully stocked with plenty of cardio and weight lifting machines, as well as (and my favorite part) a HUGE weight lifting area with plenty of free weights - squat racks, smith machine, multiple cable crossovers, plenty of adjustable benches, TRX area, etc. Perhaps my favorite thing about this gym is how at any given moment, there's no more than 4 people in the weight room. I've never once waited to use a bench or piece of gear. Also, Lao is the best! Great staff.
