Like I said in the other review. Kim was an awesome representative and she took me and showed me around the gym and I felt as if I was at home. Like I had known her all of my life. Now That's what I call Great customer service. I want to thank you Kim for making me feel welcome in your establishment. Thank you for the wonderful tour that you gave me and all the information that you gave me about the area in regards to the spiritual needs that I have. I really appreciate. And I am definitely going to recommend this place whether your local or whether you're just passing through as a truck driver who needs to get some stress off they have 24/7 access to this gym. They also have a silver sneakers program which is amazing for those that may be on budget. I look forward to going into the gym. Thanks again Kim for your kindness.

While this is a smaller gym, i do enjoy it. the staff is always friendly, building and equipment is clean, and overall a good environment. my only complaint would be only 1 squat rack inside. I find it very hard to get to use it at some people like to camp out on there. other than that, great gym!!

One of the best gyms I've ever been a member of! The music is always great and the environment couldn't be better. I'm sad to be moving away, because I will miss being a member here. Al (the owner), Tyrell, and the rest of the gang are second to none!

Excellent experience! The owner personally gave me a tour and explained a great training program for me without trying to up sell me anything. The gym is well equipped with what appears to be very well maintained and new equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. Kim at the front desk was polite, professional and personable. She also makes a great post workout drink. I definitely strongly recommend this establishment.

This is a great place to workout. Al the owner has lots knowledge #FormerWeightliftingChamp and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable and is always available for questions. Tyrell the other gym trainer is always pleasant and motivating. Come on by for a visit.
